Summary

The results of the present experiment showed similar dependency of temperature in bovine and Rainbow trout trypsin. Kunitz soybean trypsin inhibitor showed a greater effect on the trout trypsin activity, most likely due to a higher specific activity of Rainbow trout trypsin. Soybean proteinase inhibitors reduced intestinal trypsin activity markedly and increased excretion of protein and lipids.
