Abstract

Different strategies of adjustment are used by farmers (and cattle breeders) in order to reduce likely the effects of climatic factors and the deficit of accounts. Previous production results and management methods highly condition the decision taking and the adjustment modes to be used. In this context the livestock play an important strategic and tactical role in the maintaining and the reproducing of the farming system production.
