Competition reveals each incited time more, demanding that companies are constantly resell its qualifying businesses, its criteria to compete or, even though, evaluating pattern and coordination of its productive activities. Dispute between markets incites in international level, taking companies to redefine its borders, to specialize in its core competences and search new forms of management of inter-firms relations. Information starts to be variable basic to agro-industrial chains sustentation, to maintain them always brought up to date concerning new consumers requirements and to communicate them it the long one of the chain. Therefore, this article has as objective analyzes information coordination in two south Brazilian wine chain agro industries in way to take care of consumer’s expectations that always are changing. Coordination and relationship and, mainly, the information existing had shown determinative elements in the maintenance of the agro industry. The key of the management is the integration and not simply interface enters the different links of the string. These elements must well be balanced of form to fortify the management of the strings, keeping its competitiveness and existence in global world
