A price endogenous, spatial equilibrium, implicit supply mathematical programming model was developed to determine equilibrium price, quantity produced in the Eastern Corn Belt, and quantity transported from the Eastern U.S. Corn Belt to the Southeast. The optimal supply chains handling high oil corn and premium at market equilibrium were determined.
