Cet article prÃ©sente le nouveau module dâannotation textuelle dÃ©veloppÃ© dans le cadre du projet Capteur de scÃ¨nes, conÃ§u spÃ©cifiquement pour permettre lâannotation conjointe du contenu textuel des tapuscrits dâadaptations thÃ©Ã¢trales et des Åuvres sources. Face aux limites des outils dâannotation textuelle existants tels quâHypothesis et Recogito, nous avons optÃ© pour une solution plus adaptÃ©e Ã nos besoins de recherche. Lâarticle dÃ©crit en dÃ©tail le processus de crÃ©ation de lâoutil et ses fonctionnalitÃ©s principales, incluant la comparaison cÃ´te Ã cÃ´te des textes sources et des tapuscrits, ainsi que la crÃ©ation et la mise en relation dâextraits annotÃ©s. Ces fonctionnalitÃ©s amÃ©liorent considÃ©rablement notre capacitÃ© Ã analyser les processus de sÃ©lection, dâadaptation et de rÃ©interprÃ©tation textuelle Ã lâÅuvre au sein des spectacles Ã©tudiÃ©s. En conclusion, lâarticle prÃ©sente trois fonctionnalitÃ©s en cours de dÃ©veloppementâ: lâintÃ©gration des modules dâannotations vidÃ©o et textuelles en un systÃ¨me cohÃ©rent, lâajout dâun module dâanalyse statistique, et lâexploration de lâutilisation de grands modÃ¨les de langage pour renforcer les capacitÃ©s dâanalyses textuelles automatisÃ©es de lâoutil.

Abstract

This article presents the new text annotation module developed as part of the Scene sensor project, designed specifically to enable the joint annotation of the text content of typewritten theatrical adaptations and source texts. In response to the limitations of current text annotation tools such as Hypothesis and Recogito, we opted for a solution better adapted to our research needs. This article details the creation of the tool and its main functions, including the side-by-side comparison of source texts and typescripts, as well as the creation and interlinking of annotated extracts. These functions substantially improve our capacity to analyze processes of selection, adaptation and text reinterpretation occurring in the stage productions studied. In conclusion, the article discusses three functions currently under development: the integration of modules of video and text annotations into a coherent system, the addition of a statistical analysis module, and the exploration of the use of large-scale language models to strengthen the toolâs digital test analysis capacities.
