This article provides a summary analysis of the main issues related to international trade negotiations after the conclusion of the Kennedy Round of GATT negotiations. Some of the questions raised, such as the way in which less developed countries participate in trade negotiations, remain valid today, even after the establishment of the World Trade Organization.
