Résumé

Les Éditions Moulinsart, qui détiennent les droits des Aventures de Tintin d’Hergé depuis son décès, ont la réputation d’être particulièrement restrictif quant aux droits de reproduction du personnage mythique : Tintin et ses comparses se voient systématiquement refusée toute possibilité de reproduction ou de reprise. Pourtant, cette censure peut également être considérée comme une contrainte positive, et a mené plusieurs dessinateurs à chercher de nouvelles solutions pour figurer le personnage d’Hergé sans risquer les poursuites juridiques. Ce sont par ces exemples que j’interroge la notion de censure comme contrainte positive et créatrice en bande dessinée.
