Abstract

This chapter describes the contents of a divorce file and explores the nature of evidence on which a divorce case can be based. It explains that âharmâ can be proven by different forms of evidence, yet some forms of evidence are more authoritative and convincing to the court than others. It argues that the presence or absence of authoritative evidence plays a key role in determining the nature and outcome of the divorce case.
