Cette contribution revient au cadre (scolaire) oÃ¹ sont nÃ©es les rÃ©flexions de Fish, afin dâinterroger les implications didactiques de la notion de communautÃ© interprÃ©tative. Ã partir dâun poÃ¨me en langue Ã©trangÃ¨re (lâespagnol dâArgentine) est proposÃ©e une analyse des compÃ©tences des lecteurs et de leur activitÃ© crÃ©atrice, du rapport Ã leur propre langue et Ã lâaltÃ©ritÃ© linguistique, ainsi quâau dÃ©paysement historique et culturel et Ã leurs incidences hermÃ©neutiquesâ; autrement ditâ: de la place de lâindividu au sein dâune communautÃ© fondÃ©e par lâinstitution, et de la possibilitÃ© quâa une communautÃ© interprÃ©tative de sâobserver, en adoptant une posture rÃ©flexive. La prÃ©sentation dâun dispositif de lecture engageant lâÃ©criture dans lâapproche du poÃ¨me de langue Ã©trangÃ¨re, Â«âPunto Fonal (tango con vector crÃtico)âÂ» de Susana ThÃ©non, souligne la valeur dâune lecture-traductionâ: cette faÃ§on de lire permet de prendre conscience de la pluralitÃ© des lectures possibles, et invite Ã confronter les propositions personnelles de traduction Ã lâÃ©chelle de la classe, Ã lâoccasion dâun dÃ©bat interprÃ©tatif.

Abstract

This contribution returns to the (school) framework where Fishâs reflections were born, to analyze the didactic implications of the notion of interpretive communities. Based on a poem in a foreign language (Spanish from Argentina), an analysis of the readerâs skills and their creative activity is proposed, of the relationship to their own language and to linguistic otherness as well as to historical and cultural disorientation and their hermeneutic implications; therefore: of the place of the individual within a community founded by the institution, and of the possibility that an interpretive community has of observing itself, by adopting a reflective posture. The presentation of a reading activity involving writing in the approach of the foreign language poem, âPunto Fonal (tango con vector crÃtico)â by Susana ThÃ©non, highlights the value of a reading-translation: this way of reading makes it possible to become aware of the plurality of possible readings, and invites to compare personal translation attempts at class level, during an interpretative debate.
