Abstract

The Court of the Eurasian Economic Union is a EAEU judicial body, the main objective of which is to ensure the uniform application by the EAEU Member States and bodies of the EAEU Treaty, international treaties within the EAEU, international treaties of the EAEU with third parties and decisions of the bodies of the EAEU. The Court’s activity is regulated by the Statute of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union. The chapter explores the structure of the Court, its jurisdiction, procedural aspects, as well as of enforcement of its decisions.
