Abstract

The Treaty on the EAEU establishes rules for the functioning of the Customs Union of the EAEU, including single customs regulation. The Chapter analyzes different sources of the customs regulation in the EAEU – the Customs Code of the EAEU, treaties of the Member States of the Union regulating legal relations in the field of customs regulation, decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission regulating legal customs relations in the Customs Union, and international treaties of the Member States of the Customs Union. The author also addresses the role of national customs regulations of the EAEU Member States and responsibility issues.
