Book reviews
The Kurdish Studies Journal publishes reviews of academic books relevant to a general audience in Kurdish Studies. We are grateful to receive review copies of books and will commission reviews of works where suitable reviewers can be found. We consider books for review published in a variety of languages, including in English and in the Kurdish dialects as well as other languages used in the Kurdish regions. In addition to standard reviews of single works, we also commission longer Review Essays of multiple works. We welcome expressions of interest by potential reviewers but reserve the right to assign reviewed works according to the Book Review Editor’s own assessment of suitability. To ensure independence, impartiality, and that reviewed items are appropriate for review within the journal, we do not accept unsolicited reviews.
