This fifteenth-century manuscript of fragments from the Qurʾan belonged to Rutger Rescius, and then to Andreas Masius, before being owned by Franciscus Raphelengius. The passage displayed is s. 33: 32–33. The numbering at the head of the page, ‘Azoar 43’, refers to the different sura numbering in Robert of Ketton’s translation of the Qurʾan edited by Theodor Bibliander and published in Basel in 1543.
