Abstract

At a time that the international community is calling for a new global governance concept, the development of China contributes Chinese wisdom and Chinese proposals for solving the problems facing mankind. The concept of the “construction of a Human Community with a Shared Future” has been repeatedly adopted in relevant resolutions of the United Nations. It has become the ideological basis for construction of a new mode of global governance in the new era. The principle of “wide consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits” should be upheld in democratization as the core issue of global governance. The Belt and Road Initiative is an exploration of a practical way to achieve the new mode of global governance in the new era. The in-depth promotion of the initiative will fully integrate the Chinese concept, path, and standard into the governance system of Eurasian continent countries. We should insist on peaceful coexistence and common development of different countries to realize the converging of core human rights values of the new mode of global governance in the new era, the idea of construction of a Human Community with a Shared Future and the Belt and Road Initiative and finally realize the free and comprehensive development of every individual of every country.
