Roberto Argeri
is a counsel of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP specialized in national and international litigation and arbitration. He graduated, summa cum laude, in 2005, and received an LLM degree from Columbia University School of Law in 2010, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is a member of the Rome Bar, and has been admitted to practice before Italian higher Courts since December 2017. He represents domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of disputes involving civil, corporate, commercial, energy, banking and financial matters, as well as bankruptcy and competition issues. He is a member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law.
Diego P. Fernández Arroyo
is a professor at Sciences Po Law School (Paris). He is the President of the Arbitration Academy (Paris), member of the Curatorium of the Hague Academy of International Law, member of the Institut de droit international, former President of the American Association of Private International Law, and former Secretary-General of the International Academy of Comparative Law. Professor Fernández Arroyo has been a member of the Argentine Delegation before UNCITRAL since 2003. He is actively involved in the practice of international arbitration as an independent arbitrator. His academic contributions have been published in more than 20 countries.
John Beechey CBE
has served as chairman, party-appointed arbitrator, or sole arbitrator on international arbitral tribunals in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations under the rules of all major arbitral institutions on more than 100 occasions. John is a past President of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (2009–2015). He was a partner for 25 years in Clifford Chance LLP where he created and led the firm’s international arbitration practice. He is a former Vice-President and member of the Board of the LCIA and of the Executive Committee of the Board of the AAA. He is the current Chairman of the Board of the BVI International Arbitration Centre. In March 2022, John was re-elected to serve a second four-year term on the Governing Board of ICCA.

Luca G. Radicati di Brozolo
is a partner of ArbLit – Radicati di Brozolo Sabatini Benedettelli based in Milan, Italy, a tenant at Fountain Court Chambers in London and a leading academic in the fields of private international law and arbitration law. He was a tenured professor of Private International Law at the Catholic University of Milan until 2019 and is the author of several books and over 200 publications, including on international arbitration. Maximilian Clasmeier
is an international associate based in the Washington, D.C. office of White & Case LLP. He represents corporates and states in disputes spanning national and international commercial and investment arbitration, litigation, and regulatory proceedings. He is qualified as a Rechtsanwalt in Germany and as Special Legal Consultant in the District of Columbia. Thomas Clay
is a Professor of International Arbitration Law at the Sorbonne Law School (Université Paris 1). In 2020, he was also the University’s acting President and, in 2022, he founded Sorbonne Arbitrage. He is also a lawyer at the Paris Bar.
Thomas Clay is a member of many scholarly associations, author of numerous publications, books, articles, columns on arbitration, including a thesis called “L’arbitre [The Arbitrator]”, a sort of treatise on the rights and obligations of the arbitrator and a “Code de l’arbitrage commenté [Commented Code of Arbitration]”, a form of restatement of the French law, the second edition of which was published in 2021. He has also been writing the arbitration law column in the Recueil Dalloz for the last 20 years and annually publishes the French International Arbitration Law Report with Maître Philippe Pinsolle. He has participated in numerous conferences and congresses around the world on international arbitration.
Thomas Clay was closely involved in the drafting of the Decree No. 2011–48 dated 13 January 2011 on arbitration law reform.

Richard Kreindler
Kreindler is a Senior Counsel (retired Partner) of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, having specialized in international disputes matters from 1985. Educated in the US and Germany and having been admitted to the Bar in New York and Paris, he is a professor of law in Germany. He has acted as counsel, arbitrator, expert and mediator in numerous commercial and investment-treaty based arbitrations. He has authored various treatises and other publications and lectures. He chaired the global working group resulting in the International Bar Association (IBA) Rules on Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010). Carolyn B. Lamm

Pierre Mayer
Professor Pierre Mayer is a specialist in international arbitration law and private international law, acting as arbitrator or counsel in a large number of commercial and investment treaty-based proceedings under a variety of ad hoc or institutional arbitration rules. His experience spans a variety of sectors (including energy, transport, telecommunications, projects, M&A, etc.) and all forms of contracts. From 1984 to 2012 he was Professor at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) where he became Emeritus Professor. Fulvio M. Palombino
is full professor of international law at the University of Naples Federico II and adjunct professor of international law and international economic law at Luiss University, Rome. Giorgio Sacerdoti
is emeritus professor at Bocconi University where he was professor of International Law and European Law (J. Michael E. Schneider
