Bibliographic abbreviations follow Siegfried M. Schwertner, IATG3âInternationales AbkuÌrzungsverzeichnis fuÌr Theologie und Grenzgebiete, De Gruyter: Berlin, 3rd ed., 2014. Those of common reference works are indicated in the Bibliography. Abbreviations of Biblical books, related texts, and Graeco-Roman sources follow The SBL Handbook of Style, Atlanta: SBL Press, 2nd ed., 2014. If an author is not found there, the TLG name and title are used. Papyri are abbreviated according to the web edition of Joshua D. Sosin/Roger S. Bagnall/James Cowey/Mark Depauw/Terry G.
