Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in March 2020 the AU started adopting decisions by Online Silence Procedure (OSP).
Peace and Security Council (PSC): reference is to ‘communiqués’ and ‘press statements’ only (in addition there is a considerable amount of dated, but not numbered ‘press releases’). In 2020, PSC meetings number 904 (16.01) to 972 (24.12) were held.
