He currently is the director of the International Relations of the grip (Global Research Institute of Paris â Université de Paris). Olivier Galland
is a CNRS affiliated Senior Researcher at GEMASS (Sorbonne University) in Paris, which he headed until 2018. His research focuses on youth, values and the sociology of inequality. His recent publications include Sociologie des Inégalités, (Armand Colin, 2018) with Yannick Lemel. He is a member of the research group which runs the French branch of the European Values Study.
Alexandra Frénod
is an Ingénieur dâétudes at gemass (Sorbonne University and cnrs), in Paris. She participates in the production and analysis of data in the framework of research projects on the perception of inequalities and the sense of justice on the one hand, and on the processes of political and religious radicalisation on the other hand. Recently, she co-directed, with Caroline Guibet Lafaye, the book Sâémanciper par les armes ? Sur la violence politique des femmes (Presses de lâInalco, 2019).
Jean-François Mignot
Ph.D. (2009), Sciences Po Paris, is a Demographer at gemass (Sorbonne University and cnrs), in Paris. He has published on worldwide demographic trends, including child adoption, and now also researches the Muslim population in France and other Western countries.
Laurent Lardeux
sociology Ph.D, is a Researcher at the Institut National de la Jeunesse et de lâEducation Populaire (injep), and an associate researcher at triangle (cnrs, ens of Lyon, Lyon 2 University, Sciences Po Lyon, Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne University) in Lyon. At injep, he carries out research on the issue of youth engagement, participation, the relationship to political life, discrimination and the transnational engagement of the descendants of immigrants. This work contributes to several research projects, including the European Values Survey, the Trajectories and Origins Survey (TeO, ined/insee), and youth participation in France and Germany.
Anne Muxel
is a CNRS affiliated Senior Researcher at the Cevipof-Sciences Po in Paris. She specializes in the study of political and civic attitudes and behaviour and has worked for many years on the phenomena involved in building political and social identities. Her current research focuses on the relationships between young people, politics and citizenship in France and beyond. Working on how socialization occurs, she explores the role of convictions and beliefs in the process and has measured how change occurs through generational renewal. She has also conducted several comparative studies on political participation in Europe. Her most recent books are Politiquement jeune, Editions de lâAube, 2018, and Histoire dâune révolution électorale (2015â2018), with Bruno Cautrés, Classiques Garnier, 2019.
