Dr. Christopher E. Bailey is an Associate Professor at the National Intelligence University in Bethesda, Maryland specializing in international and comparative law, national security law, and professional ethics. He is licensed to practice law in California and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the American Society of International Law. He has an LLM degree in National Security & U.S. Foreign Relations Law and an SJD degree in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University School of Law.
