Wastewaters from vegetables and fruits cans industry results from washing of the raw products, peeling and cutting, boiling, sterilization, cooling process and equipments washing. Effluent from cans processing contains soluble organics, suspended solids, peels, seeds, trace organics which releases gases, causes taste and odor and a specifically turbidity and color. This paper analysis wastewater parameters from cherries, bean and pears and presents conclusions about the most polluted wastewater from cans industry. By comparing the obtained values graphically represented, especially for bio-chemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand results the most polluted wastewaters from pears, cherries and bean cans processing industry.
