Tomoko Fukamachi
(born in 1969) is Professor of public international law at Fukuoka Womenâs University. She obtained her m.l. from Kyushu University in 1994. Atsuko Kanehara
a graduate from the University of Tokyo, is Research Director for the Canon Institute for Global Studies, and Senior Fellow for the Sasakawa Peace Foundation. She is an expert on public international law.
