With the individual work identified as necessary, citations from the Standard Edition will be given by volume and page number(s) following the abbreviation SE.

Citations of Freud’s Moses and Monotheism will be from Katherine Jones’ translation, New York, 1954. Citations will be given by page number(s). I will at times also provide the alternative translation from the Standard Edition.
