Abstract

The purpose of these four chapters (Chapters 14–17) is to synthesize the earlier chapters.

This chapters contain:

– a presentation of the conclusions that result from the analysis of individual chapters.

– a presentation of the essence of the constitutionalization and Europeanization of private law,

– a presentation of the differences between these phenomena,

– a presentation of conclusions regarding working hypotheses,

– an indication of areas of conflict between these phenomena and proposals for removing them,

– an answer to the question of what risks for private law are associated with the phenomena of constitutionalization and Europeanization, and an indication of ways to reduce these risks,

– a presentation of the unique features of legal systems of Central and Eastern European EU countries

The chapters show that the research hypotheses posited in the Introduction were confirmed in the monograph.
