Abstract

This year in review discusses New Zealand’s involvement in international economic law during 2023. It provides an overview of the informal initiatives New Zealand has been involved with, and the implementation and upgrades to preferential trade agreements. It discusses New Zealand’s interactions at the WTO during the covered time period, and developments in dispute settlement relating to trade.
