The Malta Journal of Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed generalist academic law journal that aims to publish outstanding scholarly articles of intellectual value to legal scholars worldwide. The Journal will initially be published twice a year, consisting of articles, shorter articles/comments, case notes and book reviews. It will include European, comparative, international and national jurisdiction. Topics include European law, human rights, environmental law, technology law, and private and public law in general.
