In this issue we bring you three lectures sponsored by the Erasmus of Rotterdam Society: the 2022 Birthday Lecture by Katrin Ettenhuber, the 2021 Margaret Mann Phillips Lecture by Bill Barker, and the 2022 Roland Bainton Lecture by Agnes Juhasz-Ormsby. Jan Bloemendal will deliver the 2023 Roland Bainton Lecture at the Sixteenth Century Society and Conference (SCSC) in Baltimore this October (details to follow). From June 22 to June 23 of this year, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France will host a conference on the rhetorical genre of the declamation in Valenciennes with several talks about Erasmus, by Emma Fayard, Marie Bonvallat, Rémi Ordynski, Christine Bénévent, and yours truly.
