Stephen Allen
is a senior lecturer in Law at Queen Mary, University of London, and a practising barrister. His research monographs include Allen and Trinidad, The Western Sahara Question and International Law: Recognition Doctrine and Self-Determination (Routledge, 2024); Allen, The Chagos Islanders and International Law (Hart, 2014); and Castellino and Allen, Title to Territory in International Law: A Temporal Analysis (Ashgate, 2003). João Francisco Diogo
is an assistant lecturer and Ph.D. candidate at nova School of Law. He holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of nova University of Lisbon and a Bachelor’s Degree by nova School of Law. He is a member of cedis Research Center at nova School of Law.
Andrea Mensi
is a generalist public international lawyer with a specific interest in international human rights law. He is an adjunct professor at Catholic University in Milan and has strong experience in advising States and international organisations. He published the monograph Indigenous Peoples, Natural Resources and Permanent Sovereignty (Brill, 2021) and taught international law at the Universities of Bologna, Milan and Lugano. He took part in proceedings before the International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights, including on environmental and religious rights and on extradition and terrorism. He is also a counsel admitted before the African Court of Human and Peoples’ Rights.
Francisco Pereira Coutinho
is a full professor at nova School of Law in Lisbon, where he directs the Observatories of Portuguese Legislation and Data Protection Law, as well as the Moot Court Program. Specialized in Public International Law and European Constitutional Law, his research and teaching interests further encompass comparative constitutional law, data protection law, and media law. He is regularly invited in media and academic public debates on current international and constitutional law affairs, both in Portugal and abroad. His most recent books dive into the topics of secession and self-determination in Europe (Almedina, 2021) and European constitutional law (Petrony, 2023).

is an associate professor of International Law at the University of Macerata and Director of the Interdepartmental Research Center on the Adriatic and the Mediterranean (CiRAM).

is a full professor of Public International Law, European Law and Comparative Public Law and the University of Innsbruck.
Bryce Hollander
is an international law fellow for the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and a researcher for the Harvard Law School Project on Disability and an assistive technology assistant to the unesco.
Niccolò Lanzoni
is a post-doctoral research fellow in International Law at the Department of Legal Sciences, Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna. He is also an adjunct professor of International Law at the Department of Cultural Heritage.
Emma Lehbib
holds a degree in International and European Law from the University of Groningen. Her research and work focus on the exploitation of resources in Western Sahara by foreign companies, in particular German companies.

is a senior fellow and Harvard Law School Project on Disability a Senior Legal Advisor to the Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and Adjunct Professor of International Law, University of Maryland Carey School of Law.

He is a Rapporteur for the Oxford International Organizations (OXIO) database, as well as a Member of the International Law Association's Committee on Abuse of Rights in International Law. He consulted the Slovenian Government in Advisory Opinion proceedings before the International Court of Justice.
