Stephan Wendehorst, D.Phil. (Oxon.) 1997 in Modern History, is Senior Research Fellow at the Simon Dubnow Institute for Jewish History and Culture at Leipzig University. His main areas of research are trans-national cultures, imperial institutions and corporate autonomy.
All those interested in the relations between the Catholic Church, Jews and Judaism in the early modern and modern periods, in particular historians of the Inquisition, censorship and the Marranos.
