Reforming Spanish Formación Profesional:

Challenges of the German Dual System in European Perspective

Series:

Discover why Spain's VET reforms keep hitting roadblocks.

Why does Germany's celebrated dual system falter when transplanted to Spain? This volume confronts that question head-on, dissecting implementation failures through unprecedented comparative data from Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, and the Nordics. You'll find exclusive Spanish research trends (2013-2024), rare unemployment visuals from the german speaking countries, and fresh analyses from global VET experts like Thomas Popkewitz and Matthias Pilz.

Forget vague policy talk. We reveal concrete hurdles—youth employability gaps, research voids, and transfer pitfalls—equipping policymakers, educators, and researchers with actionable insights to build sustainable VET reforms that actually work
