'In the context of this book review, I wish to raise a more general point. It relates to the value of this type of book, given the wide availability of UN documents through the Internet. At least at present, I consider this type of book to remain of value, especially for libraries. Not all those who have an interest in the UN documents may have access to the Internet, and moreover, the documents contained in this book, to my knowledge, are not all available through it. More importantly, the book, as a result of its introduction, list of documents and especially its index, presents the documents in an organized fashion. A tool, which, at least at present, is not generally available through the Internet.'
