Hadrian Beltrametti Walker
is the General Counsel and Company Secretary for Kempinski Hotels, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel brand. He speaks four languages and delivers business-oriented legal services. He began his career in hospitality at Hilton Worldwide, and joined Kempinski Hotels in 2012. He is a solicitor of England & Wales, and holds an ll.b. in English and European Laws (Hons) from the University of Essex, an ll.m. in European Business Law (Hons) from the Pallas Consortium of Universities, and the lpc from the College of Law London (Moorgate). With a true passion for luxury, hospitality and sustainability, he also chairs the Kempinski group’s Sustainability Committee. Additionally, he is on the Advisory Board of the Luxury Law Alliance, and is a member of the Energy and Environment Alliance’s General Counsels Committee.
Jamey Collidge
is an Associate in the Construction Group with Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders llp, based out of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. He focuses on construction and government contract matters throughout the United States and represents clients in both state and federal court litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He also provides pre-dispute project counseling. He has been recognized in the “Ones to Watch” list published by The Best Lawyers in America. He completed his BA at Wake Forest University and his JD at Villanova University.
Yasaschandra Devarakonda
is a graduate of the B.A.-llb. (Hons.) degree from National Law University Odisha, India in 2022, and practices in the dispute resolution and arbitration space in India. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial and construction arbitrations, commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
Olivia Flasch
is a Legal Consultant in public international law. She regularly works on projects commissioned by the United Nations and other international organizations. Before becoming a consultant, Olivia was a litigation and arbitration associate at Signature Litigation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public International Law and EU Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Oxford.
is a Partner and the founder of Gunter Arbitration, a boutique law firm in Geneva that focuses on arbitration and dispute resolution. Prior to founding his own firm, he was a Partner and co-head of the arbitration practice at Bär & Karrer, a leading Swiss law firm with offices in Zurich, Geneva, Lugano, Zug, and Basel. He has been acting since 1991 in the field of international commercial arbitration and has extensive experience as counsel and arbitrator in the fields of construction and complex projects, joint-venture, oil & gas, telecommunications and it, pharmaceutical, commodity and international trade as well as corporate and post M&A. He also regularly acts before state courts for litigation cases. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Arbitration Centre and was previously a member of the Board of Directors at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and co-chair of the International Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association (Section of International Law and Practice).
Kang He
is a litigator with McGuireWoods in Northern Virginia. He focuses his litigation practice on contract disputes, real estate and zoning matters, franchise disputes, and eminent domain. He has been recognized as a “Legal Elite: Young Lawyer” by the Virginia Business Magazine, and a “Virginia Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters. As a trial lawyer, he also teaches trial tactics and evidentiary rules to local high schools and colleges. Before joining McGuireWoods, he clerked for Judge John M. Tran at the Fairfax County Circuit Court and served as an editor for the William & Mary Law Review.
Derek Heath
is a New York-licensed attorney who recently graduated summa cum laude with an LL.M. in International Business Law, where he specialized in International Business Disputes. He is now an Associate at CMS CEE in Budapest, Hungary, where he works as a foreign legal advisor, handling managed legal services for international corporations and assisting in their day-to-day legal operations. In the past, he has researched and studied a wide variety of subjects, such as US administrative law, data protection in arbitration, US cybersecurity regulations in the energy sector, and eConsent in clinical trials.

is a partner with McGuire Woods. He is a first-chair trial attorney with extensive courtroom experience. His litigation practice focuses on construction, commercial litigation, government contracting, financial services, and real estate. He also serves as the President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Virginia. He completed his b.a. at the University of Virginia and his j.d. at Notre Dame, where he served as the Notes Editor of the Journal of College and University Law.
Shaheeza Lalani
is the Executive Director of the ll.m. Programme at the University of Lausanne. She holds degrees from Queen’s University and McGill University (Canada), the London School of Economics and the University of Lausanne. Her PhD thesis in Private International Law was awarded the unil Faculty Prize. She is a barrister & solicitor, admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia, has taught courses at the Universities of Fribourg, Bern, and Paris, and was the Founding Director of two other postgraduate programs in Switzerland. Previously Senior Legal Counsel with the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution and Legal Counsel to the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, Dr. Lalani has worked as an Assistant Legal Officer with The Hague Conference on Private International Law and has authored and edited several publications on international law and arbitration.
Cindy Lee
is an Associate in the Construction Group with Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders llp, based out of the Los Angeles, California office. Her practice focuses on representing contractors, design professionals, and owners in construction disputes in the private and public context. She also advises clients on various contractor licensing issues and pre-litigation contractual disputes.

Giacomo Lorenzo
is currently working as senior legal counsel at Deminor, an international litigation funder leader in Europe. Based in Brussels, he is in charge of identifying, assessing, and managing the funding of international and domestic disputes. Before joining Deminor, he worked as lawyer with the litigation and arbitration department of the leading Italian law firm, Gianni & Origoni. Giacomo has obtained a Master of Law (ll.m.) degree from the University of Lausanne, with a specialization in International Business Disputes. He is actively engaged in conferences regarding litigation funding and gives his contribution by regularly publishing articles on the subject.
Martina Magnarelli
is an Italian-qualified lawyer and a member of the Munich Bar, with working experience in five jurisdictions across Europe. She has acted as counsel and administrative secretary in several international arbitration proceedings under the icc, dis, and Swiss Rules of International Arbitration in a diverse range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, aviation and defence, construction, manufacturing, and private equity. Before joining 7sa in January 2019, she worked as legal counsel for Siemens in Paris and gained experience in international arbitration at the icc International Court of Arbitration in Paris and the international arbitration group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer llp in Vienna. Bernhard Maier
is a Counsel in the London office of Signature Litigation llp, a leading disputes boutique. He practices commercial and investment treaty arbitration, focusing on the natural resources, technology and infrastructure sectors. He also advises sovereign States and private clients on matters of general public international law, including before domestic courts. He is also a member of the UK Attorney General’s C Panel of Public International Law Counsel to the Crown and an adjunct professor at Kings College London, where he co-convenes an llm course on cyber law.
Anya Marinkovich
is Counsel at the boutique arbitration and dispute resolution firm Gunter Arbitration in Geneva. She has acted as counsel, arbitrator and arbitral secretary in a number of international commercial arbitrations concerning construction, oil & gas, sales, and corporate and post-m&a disputes. She is admitted to the California Bar and has training and practical experience in both common and civil law systems, as well as in the field of public international law. In 2023, she was appointed for a second term as member of the board of icdr Young & International.

Amadeu Blasco Muñoz
is Head of Legal at Copernicus Servicing. Before Copernicus, he was the Head of Litigation at the Spanish “bad bank”, sareb. He has more than 20 years of experience in debt workouts and insolvencies. He has participated in the largest insolvencies and debt restructurings of the last decade in Spain, including Martinsa Fadesa or Reyal Urbis, among others. She is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Her adr practice includes commercial, international, investor-state, consumer, employment, and labor arbitration. She is an attorney admitted in Maryland and New Jersey in the United States. Thomas R. Snider
