Unless otherwise noted, translations are mine. As for the transliterations, I have generally favoured the Greek form of a city’s name over the Latinised or Anglicised form (so, Phokis instead of Phocis, Knidos over Cnidus), but I have not always done so (preferring the more familiar Athens over Athenai, Boeotia over Boiotia, or Delphi over Delphoi). Abbreviations of ancient authors follow those of LSJ9, for abbreviations of journals and epigraphic corpora, I generally follow or expand on PHI7.1
