This book originates from a workshop of the same name at Heidelberg University in August 2022. This workshop was part of the research project The Indetermined Ego (Das unbestimmte Ich), which, like this publication, was only possible thanks to the generous support of the German Research Foundation (DFG).

Excluded are the two papers by Pablo Fernandez on Being here: Cognitive maps and the self-locating nature of perceptual experience and Clas Weber on First-Person Imagination and Illusions about the Self, as they are already available.
