Kari Alenius is Professor in General History and Head of Department at the University of Oulu (Finland). He has specialized on the history of Eastern Europe, ethnic relations, and information warfare.
Saulius Kaubrys graduated from Vilnius University and maintained his doctoral thesis on the title âLithuaniaâs government education policy, 1918â1940â. Presently, he works at the department of Contemporary History, Vilnius University.
