Programme on Space, Cyber and Telecommunication Law with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also is Director of Black Holes BV consultancy in space law and policy, based in Leiden, The Netherlands. He has published the first Handbook of Space Law, the Advanced Introduction to Space Law and over 200 articles on issues of space law and policy. He is editor of Studies in Space Law, has given over 400 presentations and has taught as a guest professor at over 50 universities and other academic institutions worldwide. He has consulted with hundreds of clients all over the world, coming from the governmental, intergovernmental and private sectors. He is the holder of several prestigious awards in the field, and one of the most renowned public speakers world-wide on the subject of space law and policy world-wide, having spoken at TEDx, PINC and TV shows.

Dominika Ewa Harasimiuk
PhD and Assistant Professor of EU law at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw. Lecturer of EU law at the Lazarski University, Warsaw. Katarzyna Krupa-Lipińska
PhD is an adjunct professor of Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland) and lecturer at Lazarski University in Warsaw (Poland). She teaches civil law and intellectual property law. She has published over 40 publications, including books, book chapters and articles on civil law (in particular tort law) and intellectual property law. Katarzyna is also a patent and trademark attorney running practice as a professional representative i.a. before the Polish Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office and World Intellectual Property Organization. At present she holds the position of the Dean of Kuyavian-Pomeranian District of Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

Jakub Ryzenko
Head of Crisis Information Centre, Space Research Centre pas. He is a space policy and crisis management expert. He is actively involved in several research and development activities and he advises the Polish government and the Polish parliament on space policy matters. In 2004–2008 he was the Head of the Polish Space Office. In 2011–2013 he was involved in the accession of Poland to the European Space Agency. Since then he has regularly acted as a space policy advisor for different governmental institutions and the Polish parliament. Currently he is actively involved in definition of the Polish national space programme. In the safety and security domain, he focuses on effective use of space-related solutions for international security, civil protection and humanitarian operations. Since 2013 he heads the Crisis Information Centre at Space Research Centre pas, which develops space-related innovative solutions as well as provides operational support for crisis management institutions in Poland. He has coordinated or overseen over 40 operational activations of satellite and uavs information support for crisis situations.
