The larva, protonymph, female, and male of Trichouropoda quinquemontana Wi´sniewski and Hirschmann, 1988, hitherto known only as deutonymph, are described, with original figures. The zoogeographic distribution of the species is discussed, and an identification key for the species group of T. elegans is presented.
