I am delighted to announce that Eugene R. Schlesinger is joining the editorial team of Ecclesiology as Associate Editor. Gene Schlesinger is Assistant Professor at Santa Clara University, California, USA, and is an Episcopalian layperson. His several books in the sphere of critical-constructive ecclesiology have been positively reviewed in this journal. Gene joins the working team of David Grumett, Karen O’Donnell and myself. We are actively supported by the distinguished members of the Editorial Board: Professors David Fergusson, Paul Fiddes, Minna Hietamäki, Paul McPartlan and Susan K. Wood. Beyond the Editorial Board is the larger Editorial Advisory Board of distinguished scholars who are also in the front line of those who can be called upon to advise us. All names and academic affiliations are printed inside the front cover of each issue of the journal, as well as on the Brill website (http://www.brill.com/ecso). Finally, may I mention that for many years the Editorials of Ecclesiology, which are normally substantial essays of ecclesiological argument, have been free to view. Theological teachers and supervisors may care to bear this source in mind when recommending reading material to their students.
With warmest greetings to all editorial colleagues and advisors, together with all contributors, subscribers and readers of this journal. Please keep spreading the good word!
